Some more exciting news for Team Dillon over the weekend was that one of our up and coming AG athletes Kyle Follett has been making some steady progress with his TDC coach Perry Agass.
Kyle had a break through race at the World Duathlon Champs held in Nancy in France over the weekend of September 22nd. Kyle finished 14th in his age group 25-29 in a total time of 2.00.56 which was a PB for a Duathlon over this distance but he also ran a personal best for his first 10km recording 35.38.
With another winter of training under his belt Kyle will be looking to getting closer to that podium, watch out for this determined athlete. TDC are very proud of Kyle, keep up the fantastic work!
