After coming back from a fairly long-term injury I felt I needed a bit of guidance to help me reach my full potential – I was putting in a lot of volume, but got to a point where I wasn’t really getting any faster. After being coached by Annie Emmerson for only a short time, I am already feeling stronger than ever. My training load has decreased, but the quality has improved no end. This has not only left me feeling faster, but I am also feeling less tired and more motivated in general. I have been really impressed how quickly both Annie and Michelle reply to any questions that I have, the thoroughness of the training schedules set for me and especially how well Annie takes into account other things that are going on during my week. I have had other coaches before, but have never felt this well looked after!
