Cath LiversidgeCatherine Liversidge

Cath is a 7 times age group world championship qualifier across Sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman triathlons, qualifying at first attempt for all distances. Her best result was finishing top 10 at the Worlds in 2009 in the Olympic Distance.

Cath combined her love for the sport with working full time as a senior management consultant, so fully appreciates the challenges of combining a professional working career, family/ friends and pushing yourself in the sport that you love.

Cath’s drive and determination have been a major part of her performances in triathlon over the last few, overcoming injuries to get to the start line of various World Championship events. She is now excited to share her experience and knowledge with other athletes to help them achieve their own
personal goals.

Also a UK qualified sports massage therapist, Cath has a great understanding of how the body works and how to get the best out of it in pursuit of your triathlon ambitions.
