Michelle Dillon

Michelle – founder of Team Dillon – is a former World and European champion and two-time Olympian. After her successful career was cut short by back injury in 2008, Michelle turned her attention to helping others achieve their goals.

Perry Agass

A training partner to former 2 x Olympian and Commonwealth Champion Decathlete Dean Macey for over 10 years understands what it takes to be a winner.

Currently a TDC athlete, Perry has applied this knowledge, competing in triathlons ranging from Sprints to Ironman Distance events, so understands the sport very well and what it takes to accomplish your dream.

Clayton Payne

Clayton Payne

Clayton is a former professional Triathlete whose career was cut short after an accident with a van while out on a training ride. He is now an events manager in London and knows all about juggling a busy schedule with training, family and a social life.

Clayton still competes regularly as a runner and cycles to help with his running fitness. He has now joined Team Dillon as a coach and is excited to give back his knowledge
