Michelle Dillon

Michelle Dillon

Michelle – founder of Team Dillon – is a former World and European champion and two-time Olympian. After her successful career was cut short by back injury in 2008, Michelle turned her attention to helping others achieve their goals.

Winner of the 220 Triathlon Coach of the Year Award 2010, Michelle is now an Olympic Coach who works with all levels of athletes from beginners to high profile Elite athletes. Her current squad includes Olympian Stuart Hayes and Double British Champion Emma Pallant.

Stuart Hayes

Stuart Hayes

Stuart is a 2012 London Olympian triathlete who stands out as one of the most consistent triathletes in the world, both on the ITU and non-drafting racing circuits, having clocked some fantastic wins and podiums over the years.

Stuart competed in his first Olympic Games in his home town of London in 2012. Working as part of a strong GB team, he contributed towards the Brownlee Brothers’ success. Alistair and Jonathon went on to Gold and Bronze in front of a home crowd. Stuart is now ready to give back

Catherine Liversidge

Cath is a 7 times age group world championship qualifier across Sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman triathlons, qualifying at first attempt for all distances. Her best result was finishing top 10 at the Worlds in 2009 in the Olympic Distance.

Jill Parker

Jill Parker

Jill is a World age-group champion and a lawyer in the City, so she knows all about fitting training around a hectic professional and personal lifestyle.

Jill has been at the top of the age-group triathlon field for the past few years and knows what it takes to get to the top and how to get there while juggling a life, family and career: namely drive, determination, focus, dedication

Thomas Curtis

Thomas Curtis - Team Dillon Coach

Thomas Curtis is an international triathlete and coach, who is a double-medalist at the ITU World Triathlon Championships.

He has a wealth of knowledge from over a decade in the sport, having trained with World Champions and Olympians from all over the world. He has helped coach National Champions and multiple triathlon winners, as well as beginners and novice athletes

Hollie Avil

Hollie Avil

Hollie started Triathlon in 2005. In 2007, she won the European and World Junior titles. She was also shortlisted for the BBC Young Sports Personality of the Year and Sunday Times Young Sports Women of the Year.

In 2008, Hollie finished 3rd, 2nd and 4th in her debut World Cups. This ranked her World Number 1 at just 18 years of age, the youngest ever athlete to podium

Clayton Payne

Clayton Payne

Clayton is a former professional Triathlete whose career was cut short after an accident with a van while out on a training ride. He is now an events manager in London and knows all about juggling a busy schedule with training, family and a social life.

Clayton still competes regularly as a runner and cycles to help with his running fitness. He has now joined Team Dillon as a coach and is excited to give back his knowledge

Emma Pallant

In 2012 following knee surgery, Emma decided to move from life as a long and middle distance GB athlete to take on the challenge of triathlon.
