RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you wish to return unwanted, faulty or damaged goods, you must return them by post or courier. Your items must be in original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days from the day you received your goods. Refunds will be made via the original payment method used. To request a refund you should follow the below procedure:

  1. Email shop@teamdilloncoaching.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

    Northamptonshire.
    NN14 4DA
  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Clothing that has been worn, used, washed or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING
We will refund the original delivery charges that you paid on the order if you cancel your contract with us within seven working days from receipt of your goods. However, we will not refund the delivery cost of you returning the goods to us. Otherwise, delivery charges will only be refunded if the items are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES
If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size. You will have to pay the delivery cost of returning the item to us. Follow the returns procedure, but include a written request for the exchange stating the size required.
